Our human rights department is dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights.
Our major activities include:
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting of human rights violations.
- Capacity building workshops and trainings on human rights for human rights defenders, lawyers, journalists, and other civil society stakeholders.
- Advocacy and lobbying for policy changes in the domain of human rights, at the national, regional, and international levels.
- Human rights case management.
- Research and publication of human rights documents.
- Pro-bono legal services and habeas corpus, through the aid of CHRDA’s legal department.
